FedEx ground service (standard): This is our standard shipping option for most order types. After leaving Close To My Heart’s corporate office, packages typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days (for packages up to 70 lbs). Packages going to residential addresses go via FedEx Home Delivery and are delivered Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Packages shipped to business addresses via FedEx Ground are delivered Monday through Friday by the end of the business day. The fee for standard shipping is 7.95% or $ 7.95, whichever is greater.
